Now it seems the earned income tax credit (EITC) and the child tax credit (CTC) previously supported by Democrats and Republicans are under attack from Koch funded Heritage Foundation. (The Koch Brothers themselves are against all forms of help for the poor). Ronald Reagan called these tax credits "the best anti-poverty, the best pro-family, the best job creation measure to come out of Congress.” You can bet Romney will side with the Koch Bros, who have poured millions into his campaign, and not Reagan.
