She is celebrating the death of police which while distasteful and highly provocative is simply a statement. However, the fact that she is doing it an a company uniform, presumably on company time and in a company facility she becomes a representative of that company. pretty much any company has rules of conduct for people while they are in uniform and acting as a representative of the organization.
