Read some of it below and see if you believe him!

**********
KESSLER: I signed up with those agencies, several different agencies and began an operation where I was just a magnet. I was sent out there to attract the worst of the worst and frankly it worked.
COLMES: You were sent out by whom?
KESSLER: I was sent out for, well I can’t really say exactly who but, I was sent out by agencies to go out and attract and investigate, whatever I can do to find out who’s who and what’s what among these groups. When I say groups, I’m talking about Second Amendment groups, patriot groups, alleged patriot groups, militia groups.

Very strange, if true. I'd love to see it happen just to prove that point. Especially the States who have threatened secession, they receive more federal money than most States. It's more of a belief system, a point of honor, loyalty, than a constitutional argument or discussion.

I would enjoy seeing Texas try to secede. It doesn't say that once states join they cannot leave, and the idea of secession was pretty widespread before the Civil War--many states had threatened it at one point or another--both north and south. It seems logical that any political body joining a larger union should be able to withdraw from such if it finds that its goals do not align with those of the other members.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-27228115451383502962014-03-22T06:23:07.943+01:002014-03-22T06:23:07.943+01:00Well... Assuming the issue of the secession of Texas came up before the United States Congress and there was a quorum present, it would still take a two thirds majority in both houses to amend the constitution to allow Texas to secede. I find it difficult to believe that even the representatives and senators from Texas would vote for such a huge mistake no matter how much they might enjoy talking about it.

What could be more un-American than choosing to secede from the Union? Yet the less savory political elements of the Southern States and a certain really stupid police chief from Pennsylvania continue to romanticize this untenable position.
