Have you been able to explain away the loss of his FFL license too?"

Again Mike, isn't it a little strange that the supposed victim of the claimed abuse is taken back to the home of the suspected abuser? The story is still developing and I've seen a couple of articles saying that it was a recently fired employee who made the accusation.
In regards to his loss of his FFL there is nothing to explain, he messed up by not accounting for firearms he was responsible for. He surrendered his FFL. He claims the woman did it in retaliation for him ending their relationship.
Hayden also says the daughter -- who he is raising with his new wife -- was interviewed by Child Protective Services and returned to his home. He says he is fully cooperating with authorities.
Will's older daughter Stephanie tells us, "There was never any impropriety in our home. He was and is a good father."

http://www.tmz.com/2014/08/11/sons-of-guns-will-hayden-arrested-child-molestation/

So notwithstanding his presumption of innocence, is it normal police procedure to charge some one with suspicion of child abuse, and after he's released on bond, question the victim, and then return her to the home of the suspected abuser? Instead of say, taking her to mom's house?
Or might this be an indication of how credible the case is? False allegations of abuse are unfortunately not uncommon during domestic battles.

ssgmarkcrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14480230040370709682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-54197161662321810402014-08-13T03:55:34.054+02:002014-08-13T03:55:34.054+02:00Why is it gun loons follow and support these scum ...Why is it gun loons follow and support these scum bags?
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
