However, my guess is that there was physical evidence supported his story. Evidence can work in both direction, implicating the guilty and clearing the innocent.
The prosecutor went beyond saying there was insufficient evidence to charge, and said,

"The Post Independent reports, the District Attorney's Office has determined that James "McCabe" Mallin's actions were reasonable despite the consequences."ssgmarkcrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14480230040370709682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-64673312320461528852014-07-13T16:34:08.178+02:002014-07-13T16:34:08.178+02:00The story sounds like bullshit to me too.The story sounds like bullshit to me too.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09806175370305006933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-69252604813049506792014-07-13T15:11:20.855+02:002014-07-13T15:11:20.855+02:00Right, how do you verify a persons story when ther...Right, how do you verify a persons story when there were no witnesses? However, her claim was that she didn't know it was there. I tend to classify almost all "accidents" as being actually some sort of negligence.
The police have investigated this woman's claim and she's still being charged. As for the man you claim shot his woman, the police immediately arrested him and he sat in jail until his story was verified.
In both cases, the police used something called evidence to decide whether to charge or not. There are many well known examples of people having no problem lying to the press. Perhaps you recall these well known lies made to the media,

"I'm not a crook."

Or perhaps this,

"I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky."

The claim that she didn't know it was there and it belonged to someone else that cant be found is one of those standards criminals use. One could almost call it cliché.ssgmarkcrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14480230040370709682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-88290595806197011322014-07-13T03:09:59.025+02:002014-07-13T03:09:59.025+02:00I guess she should have thrown a gun in the trash....I guess she should have thrown a gun in the trash.
You won't believe her story, but you believed the guy who shot his woman in the head. Both cases we only have the word of one person, so do you naturally believe men over women, or is it you believe gun loons over non gun loons.
