Yup. Federal felonies.

One of the very strict laws about buying guns from a dealer as he did I'n his last stunt when he hired peoe to buy guns for him, is that you swear that you are the real purchaser of the firearm. If you are an agent or acting for someone to buy firearms, you are a felon, as is the person who is supplying you with the money to purchasethat firearm.

So you see, by hiring people to flaunt the law and buy firearms for him, both he and the Purchasers have committed felonies.Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13854730848510581927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-79648664244528217502011-02-18T15:19:25.629+01:002011-02-18T15:19:25.629+01:00It's hard to be respectful to people who are s...It's hard to be respectful to people who are so dishonest and bigoted, but I do try.

It may seem straightforward to you, because you're on the same merry-go-round with him. That's a statistic that is not a true number if you ignore that it is a statistic.

Gun shows are not a major source of crime guns. Neither are private party transactions. Stolen guns and guns borrowed/stolen from family/friends are a far bigger problem.

In addition Mr. Bloomberg stole funds (one source said 100,000) for propaganda to illustrate that the law is different in a different state than where he has any legal power. Had he spent the same funds on NYC streets they could have surely busted at least one gun dealer whose customers were gangsters who actually murder people with their ill gotten guns.

So that's what I find objectionable - lies and theft in order to deprive the law abiding citizen of their arms, all while Mr. Bloomberg walks around with men carrying guns for his benefit. Hypocrisy, crime, and epic dishonesty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-32986706490596469892011-02-17T15:32:02.582+01:002011-02-17T15:32:02.582+01:00Must be a commie to care about citizens he took an...Must be a commie to care about citizens he took an oath to protect. Claiming this is a loophole is like claiming that driving 100 MPH on private property is a "loophole" to the speed limit laws. Requiring checks for private sales isn't a loophole, it's a completely different, new law.

...Orygunner...Orygunnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03829265216321634830noreply@blogger.com
