They disarm everyone, including police officers, before they come in contact with the prisoners.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-55504665058041940182010-10-05T13:29:52.788+02:002010-10-05T13:29:52.788+02:00I agree with FWM. But this kind of leniency over gun crime is not limited to them, especially in the gun-friendly states.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09806175370305006933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-78432910770581619342010-10-05T01:41:44.811+02:002010-10-05T01:41:44.811+02:00Had this man not been in law enforcement, he would...Had this man not been in law enforcement, he would have been shot or at the very least charged with felonies.

He was shot. That was the headline. He was shot in a non-lethal, sorta not-all-that-important kinda way. Which I thought was a fun, comedic commentary on gun violence in general. Then you say he might have been shot, (presumably fatally or at least in a life-threatening injury,) or at the least charged... I more or less agree. He probably would have been shot to the body if he hadn't have been corrections. Then you group gang members, soccer moms and NFL players. Explanation please.

Maybe a reasonable outcome in court might be that he's only allowed to carry as part of his work in the prison.Flying Juniorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02098313953658606206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-45543514958514973602010-10-04T16:06:08.822+02:002010-10-04T16:06:08.822+02:00Please say a guy who does something like this won&...Please say a guy who does something like this won't continue to enjoy his rights to keep and bear arms.

Now you want to regulate how much enjoyment people derive from the exercise of their rights?

Is there a bigger control freak on Earth?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6314891743204395487.post-77205241124228807662010-10-04T13:13:21.061+02:002010-10-04T13:13:21.061+02:00This is on New York. Had this man not been in law enforcement, he would have been shot or at the very least charged with felonies.

Don't worry, this "misdemeanor nonsense" is not going to happen to gang members, soccer moms and NFL players. Harsh treatment of gun owners and special treatment for first class citizens is alive and well in New York.FatWhiteManhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08946272184958991397noreply@blogger.com
