People tend to relax on the weekends, or work on house projects, take a quick trip out of town, go to the kids baseball-soccer-football-lacrosee-you name it game, etc. etc. Voting during the week is usually easier for me. No kids to haul around - they are in school. I can stop to our from my way to work and I am already leaving the house to go to work anyway. Add in all the days of early voting and it is hard to see why anyone that wants to vote can't manage to vote sometime during an election.<br /><br />As to the voter ID laws, I don't see why proving you are legal to vote is less important than your ability to drink beer, fly on a plane, or drive a car.JimFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10160096204972745788noreply@blogger.com
