The truth, of course, is that a Glock is a hunk of steel wrapped in Tupperware. It shoots nothing and no more than many other handguns, and a used one will set you back under $500, if you look hard enough. It also has no safeties to speak of, and you do need to follow the rules all the time, even when cleaning it, since it's particularly unforgiving.
You would really have to be living in an alternate reality to believe anything in that guys video. He is making a joke, so unbelievable to the point I was laughing so hard I couldn't stand.
Really, its a farce, its meant to be a joke as there is no such gun.

This will tell you the source of the joke, its from a die hard 2 movie.
I love it!, TOO funny!
Personally, I wouldn't have a Glock in any configuration. To me, they are a dangerous weapon and I dont like a plastic pistol of any kind.
Call me old fashioned, heck, most people already do anyway.
OMG, I've been searching the black market for one of these Glock 7-2s, especially the one with the 125 round clips that hold anything from the 9mm heat seeking round to the .45 anti-tank laser guided boolit. If anyone can get me one with the incendiary light attachment, I will give up two month's of paychecks. Whoever get's this for me, if you throw in a "Dr. Evil" cat, I'll agree not to destroy your city.
I've asked this question before. Please allow me to ask again. "I’ve noticed that you are anti-gun/anti-violence. I’ve checked out your blog, once, or twice. If I may, would more stringent gun laws, let’s say assault weapons being deemed illegal, keep AK-47 full autos out of the hands of 15 year old gang-bangers in Chicago?"
I was literally laughing out loud while watching that video. Especially enjoyable was that I got it through an off-hand comment by MAgunowner on another thread.
J.O.B., thanks for the comment and the question. You haven't checked out my blog quite enough yet, otherwise you'd know there's very little mention of the AWB. That's because of all the gun control laws I'd like to see, that one comes way down the list, perhaps even below the magazine capacity limit and all that nonsense about silencers.
I refer you to these for a concise glimpse into my gun control thinking.

Yes.
Where there has been well enforced restrictive gun possession, there have been fewer guns in the hands (or other body parts) of criminals.
Mike- Thanks again. I checked out the posts you recommended. Since I don't think we're to far apart, I don't have much to add. I'll check in from time to time though.
I count parts kits delivered to the station. Magazines don't even merit a mention here. And for the record, the local gun shop only called the station once to let me know they had received a new shipment of ammo. Glock XGrip

ReplyDeleteAh, if only we could get Hollywood guns. . .
Laci the Dog,
ReplyDeleteDon't be silly. By Black Market, he means the local gun shop run by some bloke named Black--FFL and everything.
Laci, you don't catch on very quickly, do you?
ReplyDeleteNone of your co-banners have let you in on the joke yet? I have screen shots of these comments that I will be sharing.
ReplyDeleteHa fucking ha.
ReplyDeleteYes, there are people stupid enough to post that they do things illegally.
This is just idiocy.
Dude, your original comments are preserved forever on my blog. Thank you for this gift!
ReplyDeleteDude what happened to the other comments? Why'd you delete them?
