Up until the time of the shooting, he sounded like a pretty good guy who was simply exercising his 2nd Amendment rights. He'd had some trouble with gangs and there was some kind of restraining order, but he was well off enough to have his kid enrolled in the Montclair Y swimming class. Bad laws be damned, I say.
In his testimony he said he'd just lost it.
It could happen to anyone, hey when the ex-wife takes your kid away, all bets are off.
