A celebratory scene turned tragic early Sunday morning as gunmen interrupted a college send-off party at an Austin home, wounding four men and killing another, according to witnesses and police.
A young man who asked not to be identified said he and his friends threw the party on the 4800 block of West Kamerling Avenue to celebrate starting college.
He said about 50 people were at the party when two shirtless men ran up to the house and fired through a gangway at a crowd gathered in the backyard. The shooting happened about 1 a.m., police said.
Sounds like a pretty good description of a gang shooting for whatever reason. No one wants their name mentioned as a witness, and no one has any idea why two strangers would come to a party and shoot it up.
ReplyDeleteThe old "gang shootings have nothing to do with us" nonsense. The fact is it has everything to do with you. Gangs and other criminals get their guns from you law abiding gun owners who enjoy lax gun laws concerning safe storage and private sales. YOU are responsible.
DeleteYOU are responsible.
DeleteUm . . . how, if no gun he has ever owned has ever gotten to a gangbanger or other criminal through theft or private sales? The fact that he's not a whiny little crybaby about supposedly "lax gun laws" makes him responsible for what violent vermin do with guns they obtain without any help from him? Puh-leeeeeze.
Blacks. What a surprise.
ReplyDeleteA bigot, what a surprise.
