Because giving back one right has a demonstrable positive outcome - less reoffending, less incarceration.
ReplyDeleteThere is no equivalent benefit in giving a felon a firearm or firearm privileges.
According to my one-strike-you're-out rule, I'm afraid there's no restoring anything. I am considering adding a 30-year clause, but I'm not sure.
