The Future of Gun Rights

Maybe not this year, but someday.

  1. Rights are only lost in one of two ways:

    1. Through violence.
    2. Or through apathy.

Which one are you going to put your money on?

  2. I think I'm starting to get your sense of humor, Mikeb. That's pretty good--hats off.

  3. I think you will see the removal or destruction of that silly sculpture first.

  4. FWM, You may be right especially the way things are going. If this keeps up, by the way, you guys are gonna have to stop using the word "draconian."

  5. With the "progress" the gun control groups are making, this has to be in the very distant future. The best Paul Helmke can do at the moment is criticize a Kobe Nike commercial for using the term "leaving nothing in the chamber". Look out "stick to your guns" and "shooting fish in a barrel", Helmke's on a roll!

  6. It makes me happy. It'll be a joyous day when The Brady's and their ilk are as reviled and ostracized as the KKK.

I doubt it. There's little reason to believe that all gun laws are going to be repealed, and while one gun law remains on the book, gun regulation is indeed draconian, and must be fought.
