Gang Violence in Los Angeles

As much as the pro-gun crowd tries to disavow involvement in these kinds of shootings, can they really? Does not the easy access of guns play a part?

    This could all be solved by a simple equation: gang member + shooting = life sentence - possibility for parole

    With that equation, would eliminate the greater part of criminal shootings.

    But they don't have easy access to guns in California. They have registration and bans in place and we all know that works. They also have microstamping too which solves all gun crimes.
