The domestic spy in question was in direct insubordination to State policy and the Party line. The spy was employed by an information agency that consistently opposes the domestic ruling Party and which operates in a manner which is not approved or explicitly endorsed by State policy. He opposed the ruling administration in his country. What else is to be expected besides arrest, and subsequent deportation, public ignominy, imprisonment, or execution?
