  1. I can easily understand how the state of Nevada would care nothing for its children.

  2. Greg has been a teacher there for 15 years.

    1. Yeah, Arkansas made a good showing. Greg should be proud.

  3. Again with these simplistic lists? Notice how there is no accounting for population size and how the middle three fifths of the country get ignored?

Of course, what I see is a list of people who think it's a good idea to vote for Democrats or Republicans, so I'm not too impressed. The education of followers doesn't make a whole lot of difference.

    1. Yeah, of course they're simplistic because they make you look bad.

    2. It's simplistic because it isn't proper analysis of the data.

    3. Let's also note that this graphic equates a college degree with education, but while going to college provides a person with a good chance of being educated, that's not the only way to achieve that status.

    4. Home schooling with the site lying coward?
The great beam of education who wouldn't bother to tell a student that believed the Earth was only 6,000 years old, that he was wrong. Because it wasn't his job, he only teaches English. "Ain't my job man."

    5. Greg, tell us about the typical student you teach. Being products of the Arkansas school system, they must really keep you on your toes. Tell us about it.

    6. I've taught in two states and gone to schools in more. Students here are like students everywhere. Some of them are in school because their parents insist on it. Some just want a piece of paper to get a job. But some want to learn. And the good news is that after taking my class, that latter number goes up.

    7. So then it has to be idiot teachers like you, that are giving your students the lowest educational ratings in the country.

    8. Greg, you're full of it. The average kid entering college today, especially in your hillbilly state, is inadequately prepared in English and Math. Of course you won't admit it because you're part of the problem.

    9. Now you want to attack my profession? You are a thoroughly despicable fuck, Mikeb.

    10. I asked you a simple question about the quality of your students' earlier education. Why can't you answer?

    11. The facts prove your profession is failing to do the job.
      Citing facts, is not despicable.
Denying facts and truth is despicable, and you do it all the time. You even deny your own words, that all have read.

  4. Proof the site liar has been turning out dummies for 15 years. He said the other day, if he had a student that believed the world was only 6,000 years old, Greg would not try to persuade him otherwise. WOW.

    1. That is yet another lie from you. I said that I teach English composition and literature, not science, but that when the subject comes up, I agree with the positions of science. But I can't force anyone to believe anything, and I wouldn't try.

    2. I know, you probably agree with the Earth being only 6,000 years old.
Is that the equivalent of "it ain't my job?" You didn't correct him because ? there were to many kids in the class? What is the current excuse for being a shit teacher?
These stats just show how bad teachers do rule your State, and turn out idiots, thanks to you.

    3. Did you miss the part about how I teach English, not geology or biology? I also don't often mention differential calculus. But no one has suspected me of believing that the planet is 6,000 years old since I was thirteen.

    4. "Ain't my job" even though I am a teacher. That's why your students are the dumbest in the nation, because they have the dumbest teachers in the nation.

    5. Actually, I've used one of Stephen Jay Gould's essays on evolution many times in teaching how to form an argument, but why don't you explain to us how the age of the Earth is a subject that should come up in a discussion about grammar, citation, personal essays, and so forth?

    6. twisting words again liar.
You are the one who said you had a conversation with a student who believed the Earth was only 6,000 years, I ask why didn't you correct him, you said, It Ain't my job!
Proving why your State has horrible educational rankings. Idiot, could care less teachers, like you.
Whenever I hear, it ain't my job. I fire that idiot. I would certainly fire your sorry, lying ass.

    7. Anonymous, stop lying about me.

    8. Your own words prove I am not lying about you.
      Next lie.

    1. No, they are fulfilling a civic duty, but not in the manner in which it is conventionally understood. For them (the politicians and voters) it is simply a profitable (or at least sustainable) occupation.

I pay, they vote, you obey, I acquire currency, and the process is repeated. The only fool is the one who claims that the business of Washington is unsustainable.
