"Couture-Lovelady said based on his conversations with constituents that the majority of Kansans support the loosening of gun restrictions." This sounds like exactly what I was saying regarding how legislators base their voting decisions. And this bill being so well publicized and contentious has only increased the potential for direct feedback from constituents. And of course, if the poll is accurate, there will be a big turnover in legislative seats. Have they used the standard blood in the streets argument that is thrown out there when shall issue permit systems are propose?
