Young Kids Are Dropping Like Flies

from the local Fox News.

It’s now up to a judge or jury to determine if leaving the items in a Wilton home in the vicinity of two unsupervised 12-year-olds for several hours last week was a crime.
Let's see, the gun owner broke no laws and the surviving 12-year-old gets charged with manslaughter. Does that sound right to you?

  1. Take a look at the still photo of that level action. The hammer is fully cocked. That rifle is ready to fire.

    Too funny.

  2. I was twelve once. I was around many guns. I had the common sense not to shoot anyone or point a gun or even pick one up to shoot at anything except a paper target with some BBs.

When I was twelve I knew that if I got in the car and ran my sister down she would be hurt.

When I was twelve I knew that if I held my sisters head under the water at the pool she would die or almost die.

Yes, this child does deserve manslaughter. Mind you there will be no time spent in jail or housing or whatnot. The public simply needs to know how silly this person is so as not to endanger anyone else.
