I was twelve once. I was around many guns. I had the common sense not to shoot anyone or point a gun or even pick one up to shoot at anything except a paper target with some BBs.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was twelve I knew that if I got in the car and ran my sister down she would be hurt.
When I was twelve I knew that if I held my sisters head under the water at the pool she would die or almost die.
Yes, this child does deserve manslaughter. Mind you there will be no time spent in jail or housing or whatnot. The public simply needs to know how silly this person is so as not to endanger anyone else.
