Accidental Shooting of Tennessee Teen by his Brother - He's Dead - No Charges

Local news reports

Officials tell us the 15-year-old was at home with his 18-year-old brother Monday. The older brother was reportedly cleaning a handgun when it accidentally fired and killed the 15-year-old.
The gun "accidentally fired and killed the 15-year-old" because older brother violated more than one of the 4 Rules of Gun Safety. By calling it an accident and saying the gun fired rather than he fired the gun, we remove the accountability factor. That's what gun-rights folks want.
