The 14th Amendment

I wonder how many pro-rights folks have a problem with that part of the 14th Amendment that makes citizens of the children of illegal immigrants. (H/T The Frustrated Teacher.)

    Oh, Didn't you know--Those children are "anchor babies".

    Of course, the irony of citizenship based upon jus soli isn't lost on me.

    On the other hand, the City where I was born no longer exists.
