Boston where getting a permit to own a handgun is completely impossible unless you are in politics or are a millionaire.
No Gun-show loophole, a ban on "Assault Weapons" handguns must be approved by a "Safety Board" and the attorney general. All guns must be registered with the state.
Also our judges serve up very light sentences for violent crime, and gang members are never convicted on weapons charges. Most people arrested for murder here are on parole for another violent crime at the time of the murder.
You have supported this upside-down culture
Mikeb302000, Laci, and Jadegold might as well have gone to Mattapan and executed those people yourself. Probably would have enjoyed it too.
Oh, I (not Mike W) am very familiar with your claim that he made a death threat.
I'm even familiar with your cowardly refusal to go to the police over said death threat, since you claim he made a death threat.
What I am not familiar with is the actual death threat, since you still have yet to show exactly where and when he supposedly made the death threat. Nor have you made any post that shows the precise nature of the death threat itself.
In other words, you're making a claim of some nebulous death threat, but you haven't shown us the death threat.
Mikey W: Since your familiar with the issue why would you keep asking? There are possible explanations which include head injury or dishonesty. Or some combination thereof.
Libel? Yes, people could call it that but then again some people aren't vey bright. If people really think it libelous they should get a lawyer.
Don't worry--I'm sure Mayor "Tough Guy Tom" Menino can fix everything with another threat to torture the perpetrators.
Has anyone talked to the good mayor about Ma'at's commandment against the use of "fiery words," or is publicly fantasizing about "slowly tortur[ing]" people acceptable, when engaged in by "violence prevention" advocates (no irony there . . . )?
Well, since Weerd's attorney has yet to contact me, I think we assume one of several possibilities:
1. Weerd's lawyer thinks he hasn't a hope in Hades of a libel charge; 2. Weerd is sucking furiously on his inhaler and too busy fondling a gun to bother with a lawyer; 3. Weerd doesn't wish for legal involvement as he plots his fatwah.
Regardless, I appreciate Weerd hasn't tried to kill me today.
Look at Jade puffing his little chest up, hiding under MikeB's skirts.
Also FYI Jade, for me to sue on a a libel charge I'd need to show damages. You're such an impotent lot my lawyer WOULD laugh at me and say "Why bother?"
a bunch of social outcasts huddling under MikeB's skirts is little concern to me...and actually kinda amusing.
Weerd: I'm not the one hiding. As you've made clear, you know where I am and where my family is. So, I'm pretty sure you're quite mistaken that I'm hiding. If it helps, I'll send you directions.
But, as I've sagely noted, I'm very certain I'll not be hearing from your lawyer for the reasons I've mentioned.
I mean it's not her fault she ocassionally thrashes and twitches.
Wow. JadeGold (and this blog by association) has sunk to a new low. MikeB, care to explain to us how JadeGold's attacks are not personal in nature again?
Because, as usual, you have made a claim, but provided nothing to but up the claim. Here is your chance to shut up the critic.
Show us the death threat. Be specific.
You're very busy redirecting the conversation towards suing for libel (which Weer'd seems to have no desire to do) and insults, but you've ignored the crux of the matter.
Excuse me guys. I hate to break this up, but I wondered if I might say something about the shooting.
Anytime there is a shooting in the ghetto or among gangs, I blame the easy availability of guns, among other things, of course.
I don't buy for a second the very popular and self-serving explanation that the gun is only a tool and these violent criminals would just do their thing with knives and bats and cause the same amount of damage. Some of you, astoundingly, even believe it gets worse with the removal or diminsihment of guns. I don't agree with any of that.
The guns used in these shootings, even if it's a junkie shooting his connection for the dope, are done with guns that started out in the legally-owned category. You legal gun owners are the ones who can't seem to hang on to the merchandise, and I blame you for that.
Of course you don't. That doesn't make it any less true.
"...are done with guns that started out in the legally-owned category."
MikeB, using that logic, ALL guns start out as LEGAL. Every one of them, everywhere, start out as a legal gun. (Maybe it's the laws that are the problem?)
They end up in the hands of criminals, who use them criminally, because of criminal actions.
Someone breaks the law and sells the gun to someone that they know is a felon, or someone breaks into a house and steals the gun, or whatever.
It's the criminals we need to focus on, not the guns.
Mikey W: They end up in the hands of criminals, who use them criminally, because of criminal actions.
Untrue. They wind up in criminal hands because you have an industry that doesn't care where they wind up so long as the check is good.
They wind up in criminal hands because of the gunshow loophole and personal transactions.
They wind up criminal hands because you have gunowners unwilling to safeguard their weapons.
They wind up in criminal hands because the NRA own folks like Todd Tiahrt, preventing law enforcement from tracing criminal guns and identifying dirty FFLs.
I'm sure I'm missing a few others but with very few exceptions legal guns become crime guns because gunloons refuse accountabilty and responsibility.
JadeGold writes: Libel? Yes, people could call it that but then again some people aren't vey bright. If people really think it libelous they should get a lawyer.
Jadegold described how guns end up in the criminal world, private sales with no background check, and theft which you gun owners often make too easy. I would add the straw purchases which you guys also make too easy.
There are ways to correct all these things, which if implemented would still leave about 90% of you cry babies in possession of all your guns.
There are ways to correct all these things, which if implemented would still leave about 90% of you cry babies in possession of all your guns.
So we're the crybabies now? We're not the ones wailing, "Pass more gun laws--20,000 isn't enough! Think of the children!!!"
Instead, we're supporting pro-rights candidates, educating the public about Constitutionally guaranteed fundamental human rights, and s-l-o-w-l-y working the courts to roll back some of the most egregious usurpations.
Who knows--it might even work, eliminating the need to actually use the Second Amendment as it was meant to be used, in the last extremity.
Don't worry about MikeB and his little bitch. They're 100% irrelevant, hence why they hide in the shadows, and only consort with each-other on their made-up life stories and outright lies.
Don't bother. Guy cannot produce any message from Weer'd Beard that would be considered a death threat by ANY law enforcement officer. He is, in short, full of shit.
And another thing, Jadefool's Biggest (Only?) Cheerleader, about this:
. . . still leave about 90% of you cry babies in possession of all your guns.
Another of the vast number of differences that (thankfully) exist between you and me is that I'm not going to sit on the sidelines (or worse yet, collaborate with the forcible citizen disarmers), just because I'm supposedly part of the 90% who will supposedly not be disarmed.
I'm not the sort to say, "I have my rights--you're on your own." To do so would be not only abjectly dishonorable, but stunningly short-sighted, as well.
As soon as you disarm your "'Famous' [translation: unheard of outside of this blog] 10%," and violence doesn't decline appreciably, you'll come back and want another 10%, and now there will be fewer legal gun owners with a stake in the fight. Misery loves company, and that includes the misery caused by disarmed serfdom. So another 10% goes, without much resistance. Than another 15%. Then another 20%. That road can only end in one place, and I ain't going there.
I won't back up another inch. Not a yoctometer. Forward, to liberty, is the only direction.
Boston where getting a permit to own a handgun is completely impossible unless you are in politics or are a millionaire.

They were NRA members and CCW holders. Mark Jade's words.
ReplyDeleteUpsidedown culture?
ReplyDeleteWho wants to make it easier for these people to acquire guns and increase the amount of guns on the street?
Laci
Apparently, the asthmatic Weerd grows more hysterical by the hour. Expect him to be issuing new fatwahs. Set condition orange.
ReplyDeleteHe's probably twitching uncontrollably.
"Expect him to be issuing new fatwahs."
ReplyDeleteWhat fatwah did he issue? Care to elaborate? Be precise.
Or are you lying (again)?
Mikey W: Come now. Surely you're familiar with the breathless Weerd threatening to kill me?
ReplyDeleteOh, I (not Mike W) am very familiar with your claim that he made a death threat.

ReplyDeleteGo tell that to the victim's families, Laci.
You too Jade!

Whether or not he chooses to pursue it would be up to Weer'd Beard, not me (still not Mike W, but thanks again).
Mikey W:

Weer'd Beard:
ReplyDeleteBoston where getting a permit to own a handgun is completely impossible unless you are in politics or are a millionaire.
That's how things are done in places where only the lives of politicians and millinoaires are considered worthy of protection.
That sick, perverse attitude is one we don't have to go far to find.
Look at Jade puffing his little chest up, hiding under MikeB's skirts.

ReplyDeleteheh, its funny even on the off time when he's right!
BTW if you're not hiding under Mike's skirts, why are you his little bitch?
ReplyDeleteWeerd: Why must you use pejoratives about females? Are a misogynist?
ReplyDeleteAfter all, do you call Mrs. Weerd such things? I'd hope not; I mean it's not her fault she ocassionally thrashes and twitches.

You're very busy redirecting the conversation towards suing for libel (which Weer'd seems to have no desire to do) and insults, but you've ignored the crux of the matter.
Where was the death threat? Be specific.
Ruffy: Where's the attack? Have I said something untrue or unkind?
ReplyDelete"Weerd: Why must you use pejoratives about females? Are a misogynist?"
ReplyDeleteNo, more like "Laci the Dog"
Laci's owner has his little bitch, and MikeB has you as his little bitch.
Ruffy: Let's examine what I wrote, shall we?
ReplyDeleteWeerd: Why must you use pejoratives about females?
I think most reasonable people would agree the term Weerd used is a pejorative about females.
Are a misogynist?
People who use pejoratives about females often harbor malice or hostility toward women. Such people are called "misogynists."
After all, do you call Mrs. Weerd such things? I'd hope not; I mean it's not her fault she ocassionally thrashes and twitches.
Have I said something untrue or unkind here? I really sincerely hope Weerd doesn't use terms in reference to his wife.
Excuse me guys. I hate to break this up, but I wondered if I might say something about the shooting.

No Jade, you need a dictionary. "Bitch" is a female dog, little means small.
ReplyDeleteMike B's have small bitches.
The Lawyer has Laci
The Criminal in Italy has Jadegold.
I'm just pointing out very strong similarities, that's all.
And not pejorative ones either, both Mikes are VERY pleased with their Bitches, and hold them as prized possessions.
And it appears that both bitches like to be kept by masters.
Mikey W: They end up in the hands of criminals, who use them criminally, because of criminal actions.

RuffRidr:
ReplyDeleteListen to Jade. He's been down that road before.
Now that's a smile!
Ruffy: Know what's even funnier? Sebby Sassi took down his libelous comments.
ReplyDeleteHe says he contacted a lawyer; shortly thereafter, the offending post went bye-bye.
Jade....Jade.....calling Jadegold.
ReplyDeletePlease show us the death threat. Be specific.
Either that or you admit you're lying. Which is it, guy?
Weerd really shouldn't issue death threats.
ReplyDeleteAnd he never did, but you'll never admit it, because you are a liar, guy.
