Naturally, the "individual responsibility" crowd is happy to put all the focus on the boy and none on the gun. I'd like to know who in the hell allowed a 10-year-old access to a rifle. Maybe whoever it was has been reading the gun blogs where the keep talking about "demystifying" the gun, and "Eddie Eagle techniques."
