Common sense indeed. The determination of the proper amount of training varies quite a bit, ranging all the way down to zero in the chaotic wilderness of Vermont. Then of course, we get into the possibility of some people wanting to protect their bottom line since in this case, not only does the law cut back on the hours required, but it also removes the requirement to take the class over again periodically. I wonder if Ohio is already counted at the 39 states that allow its citizens to own suppressors, or if its now number 40.
