Rumor has it that not even saying "Nice doggy" helps much.
I didn't really see anything that I could definitively call "police brutality" without knowing considerably more than can be gleaned from a few seconds of grainy video, and at least a couple of the take-downs seem to have been effected with commendable restraint.
What I was a little suprised about - or perhaps not - was that the dogs seemed to be oblivious to being called off. I kinda thought they were super-trained and keen to obey their handler. But it looks like once they get going there's no stopping them.
