Remember him?  The cop from some shite-hole in MOFN Pennsylvania who thought he would start a revolution, but lost his job.

Well, Kessler's back with an overblown opinion of himself.  I won't get into it, but he needs to learn to take the fifth since he really does show he's a fuckwit every time he opens his mouth.

Kessler was suspended without pay from his $15.25-an-hour job for using borough weapons in the videos. Borough Council subsequently moved to terminate him on unrelated matters. Kessler had a five-year contract, which began in 2010.

The municipal police in France are low level cops who basically direct traffic and catch people who let their dogs shit on the street.

I'm not terribly worried about Mark Kessler with a gun.

He'll just shoot himself.

First off, Mark Kessler is still entitling his Facebook page as "Chief Mark Kessler" despite being terminated.

Second, he's announced may be moving to Texas to be with his III% buddies to help them "secede from the union."  What a "patriot!"

"Well ticket for Texas is purchased, with any luck I won't return ! So wish me luck! Going to start a fund page, where anyone can donate to help move my family to Texas permanently , we will be starting from scratch, but it's time to move to a truly American state, and hopefully the first to secede from the union! now that would be epic , I would be on the front lines for that one!"

My guess is that he's basically been driven out of his little town, seeing as how he's embarrassed them so.

Kessler and His Son Were Sued over BB Gun Shooting

Embattled Gilberton police Chief Mark Kessler and his son have been sued by a woman who alleges the boy shot and injured her daughter in March with a BB gun.

In a lawsuit filed Monday in Schuylkill County Court, Jennifer Warnstorff and her daughter, Kiersten Manwiller, both of Frackville, alleged Zachary Kessler shot the girl in the leg at the Frackville Recreational Complex.

"(Manwiller) had to undergo two surgical procedures to remove the BB from her leg," the lawsuit reads.

Warnstorff and Manwiller asked for unspecified monetary damages, plus punitive damages, and demanded a jury trial of the case.

Mark Kessler has been the subject of national controversy over his using vulgar language and firing weapons on his YouTube videos.

Mark Kessler 1 year anniversary - a year of epic failure for a loud, foul-mouthed gun-nut

This date, this month, marks the one year anniversary of the epic fail, crash and burn that is Mark Kessler.

Here is the latest of his failures.  Presumably he is only dragging this out because it might provide some form of benefits to himself and his family while the termination process continues.  It's not like anyone is beating a path to his door to employ him in any other capacity, or likely to again, ever.  Kessler has literally shot himself in the hand, and figuratively shot himself in the foot, while his foot was in his own mouth.

Kessler has conducted himself in a consistently unprofessional, unethical, inappropriate and uncivil manner that has resulted not only in his job loss, but in leaving his municipality open to law suits. How prophetic when he speaks here of taking off his uniform that he has been defrocked, as it were, as a member of law enforcement.

In the interim of this past year, Kessler has been at the center of a series of increasingly vocal, and subsequently embarrassing epic failures, each one larger than the preceding disaster he has orchestrated. He is left with nothing but his well-deserved notoriety for failure and foulness.

The conduct of Kessler is so excessively unprofessional, that it is being used as an example in law enforcement training on HOW NOT TO DO THE JOB OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.



Kessler is not alone among law enforcement in the incorrect interpretation of the rights and duties of law enforcement. ONLY our judicial system is permitted to rule on the legitimacy of a law or executive action. ONLY the legislative system is permitted to draft and pass legislation, which then requires the executive branch signatures to be valid, conditional on the decision of the judicial branches of government at all levels.

Anyone attempting to make their own individual determinations in law enforcement are over-reaching their authority and violating the foundational terms and conditions on which that authority is predicated. However at least the law enforcement figures below are conducting themselves in a more professional manner, although they should all still be removed from office in their respective jurisdictions for their failure to enforce the law, or executive orders, unless so directed by the judiciary.



Of course, whether it is Kessler or Arpaio, or any of the rest of these guys, the radical right need to be removed from office for their failure to conduct their respective offices in a professional and responsible manner. A hearing for a Pennsylvania police chief who made profanity-laced Internet videos about liberals and the Second Amendment was halted suddenly Thursday night after a handgun belonging to one of his supporters slid out of its holster and crashed onto the concrete floor.

The loaded semi-automatic handgun landed inches away from Gilberton Chief Mark Kessler and his attorney. It did not go off, but attorney Joseph Nahas said that he and other officials were concerned about the safety of everyone in the tiny, crowded meeting room at borough hall.

Nahas said the hearing will be continued at a nearby courthouse, where weapons are prohibited.

"To have what happened in this particular room made of concrete and steel, I think, could be fatal for many, many people," he told the audience.

The supporter who dropped the weapon declined comment.

"It's alarming," Nahas said afterward. "I can't conduct my job appropriately when handguns are being dropped on concrete."

The gun incident marked an abrupt end to a hearing at which Kessler was fighting to save his job. Town officials have already voted to begin the process of firing him, but under due-process rules the chief is entitled to call witnesses at a public hearing.

It's really quite funny that at a hearing in which the Chief was calling witnesses to support his position, one of them dropped a gun on the ground.

They should fire Kessler and his gun-dropping buddy, too.

The gun-firing, obscenity-shouting Pennsylvania police chief whose online videos have received nearly a million views predicts that he will soon be fired from his decade-long tenure as the town’s top cop.

“Did I make some questionable videos? Sure,” Chief Mark Kessler told The Times. “But all I did was speak and express my 2nd Amendment rights. It was just me, my tiny camera … and a pile of dirt.”

He's trying hard to become a martyr for the movement. Hopefully, he'll get his wish.

But if Kessler's worried about losing job, he's not showing it.

"If that's the price I got to pay for standing up for what I believe in, apparently for what a lot of Americans believe in, I'm willing to pay that price," said Kessler, speaking to The Associated Press at a gun range near Gilberton in northeast Pennsylvania.

If anything, his rhetoric has grown even more menacing.

This week, Kessler posted another potty-mouthed video in which he displayed paper targets with scary-looking clowns on them, dubbed "Eric" and "Danny." Those happen to be the first names of Council President Daniel Malloy and Vice President Eric Boxer, whom he has attacked on his website.

Patting an assault rifle, Kessler said, "This is the friend that Eric's going to meet today." After firing a volley at the target, he said, "Eric got a couple rounds to the head."

In an earlier video, Kessler savaged Secretary of State John Kerry as a "traitor" over a U.S.-backed international arms treaty. "COME AND TAKE IT!" he screamed, firing a machine gun.

Kessler said he posted that video and others like it partly out of frustration, and partly in an effort to get people to pay attention to an issue he holds dear: the erosion of Second Amendment and other constitutional rights.

"It was shock and awe," he said. "I could have went out there and did a nice video ... and nobody would've gave it a second look."

Now that he's achieved a measure of notoriety for his obscenity-filled rants against government tyranny and people he calls "libtards," Kessler said he worries the federal government will try to silence him. He predicted chaos if that happens.

"God help them if something should happen to me," he said. "I believe that could spark the next American Revolution."

Kessler insisted he's "not calling for anybody to take up arms against our government."

But he also warned the government would be in a fight if it ever tried to take away his guns.

"I would resist," he said. "I'd fight for freedom, and if it cost me my life, then so be it."

The Pennsylvania police chief who made a profanity-laced videos while firing machine guns and ranting about liberals has been suspended without pay for 30 days.

After a 55-minute executive session, the Gilberton Borough Council voted 5-1 on Wednesday to suspend Chief Mark Kessler for using “borough property for non-borough purposes without prior borough permission” by using machine guns and other weapons in his YouTube videos. Kessler had donated the weapons to the borough earlier in the year.

In online videos posted in July, Kessler had used profanity to berate “libtards” and suggested an armed rebellion against the government.

According to WFMZ, Michael Morrill, executive director of the liberal group Keystone Progress, delivered a petition with 20,000 signatures to the council on Wednesday demanding that Kessler be fired.
