Philadelphia Crime Watch

via Newsworks

Lincoln Drive / Kelly Drive – complainant said a fellow driver pulled out a gun during an argument at the location. The complainant said the offender was tailgating him before he switched lanes and pulled in front of his car, causing the complainant to come to a stop. Complainant said he got out of his car and that the offender followed suit. When the complainant saw the firearm, he got back in his car.

Sounds like a joke, but it's not. In Philadelphia that's just the way things go.
