Cremated Ashes into Bullets

A bizarre new service that allows you to lock and load your loved one’s ashes is blowing up on the internet.

Holy Smoke, based in Stockton, Alabama, boasts a 'tribute to your outdoorsman or woman like no other,' according to their website.

The company offers a means to 'continue to protect your home and family even after you are gone,' by turning ashes into fully-functioning bullets.
Senilebiker suggested that this serivce to the bereaved family members of gun lovers is evidence that they (some of them) are "stark raving mad."

What do you think? Does he have a point?

  1. There's plenty of gun nutters out there that will get wood just at the thought of such a thing.

  2. Ha! Well said, One Fly!

This way you can legally "shoot" your loved one after they die, so to speak!

This is certainly a new spin on the glorification of firearms in America.

Now one has to ask: What do you shoot at with the ashes of your loved one? Somehow popping cans doesn't seem appropriate. Or even paper targets. If you shoot a deer or something with your relative's cremated remains, would you still want to eat it??

  3. I think the best would be to wait night after night for a burglar to even approach the house. You blow him away with the ashes of old pappy. This way he's still protecting the family even in death.
