ReplyDeleteAs for potential charges--what exactly? Criminal Dumbassery? Being too stupid to live? It's a dang accident and he's the only one hurt--he has suffered and will suffer physical pain and is in for a good deal of financial pain--both good incentives to be far more careful in the future. The scale would seem to be balanced.
I've asked Mikeb to name other areas where he's this vindictive, but he ignores the question.
DeleteI'm not vindictive and this was not a simple accident. When someone violates more than one of the 4 Rules of Gun Safety, they are guilty of gross and what should be criminal negligence. It matters not if a round goes into a kids brain or the floor boards.
