Gunloons love to repeat the mantra "enforce the gun laws on the books".
Standard response to the chant is that these laws were written to be unenforceable. Not to mention the forces
tasked with enforcement aren't properly supported to do the task.
Anyway, from CNN:
What!?! They have to get a WARRANT to search a place and to Seize property! The 4th Amendment doesn't fly out the window when Guns are an issue!?!

Seriously, Laci? I'm supposed to be upset by this video? If you have a problem with the cops having to wait outside a place while the get a warrant when there are no extenuating circumstances, then your problems go far deeper than they appear on the surface.
It would appear that you, like MikeB, are offended by the defense of any right against the government. What pathetic little toadies! And what a disgrace to the legal profession!
So, Laci, in addition to the Second Amendment, the Fourth is hard for you to comprehend. Any other rights that you don't understand? You certainly seem well versed on the First, given that you run your mouth constantly.
ReplyDeletePooch shows us again that he ain't real bright. The way I interpret his comment is, there are too many laws that are unenforceable, so we need more of them.

Laci tells us that we need new laws because the current ones are unenforceable. Mike and others tell us that it's easy to go to an out of state gun shop and buy guns to traffic.
ReplyDeleteYet, now we know that Mark Kelly was denied a gun purchase when he tried to do it with the wrong state's ID. Strangely, he didn't self report that in his advocacy--his attempt to illegally purchase a gun.
In order for gun control to create the conditions where our country might be "safe", all 310 million citizens plus all of the criminals that illegally infiltrate our borders have to give up all their guns, all the time.
ReplyDeleteIn order for an armed citizen to create the conditions where their family might be "safe", all they have to do is be armed.
Personally, I think it is foolish to pursue a path to "safety" that requires the cooperation of 310 million citizens plus the criminals that illegally infiltrate our country.
It is much wiser to pursue a path to "safety" that only depends on YOU.
