    1. The FBI report talked about "active shooter situations." Then we have the expression, "mass shootings." But John Lott, spin doctor, responded with this: "It’s hard to see how the FBI can count these incidents, which make up 42 percent of its 160 cases, as “mass killings.”"

I don't think the FBI did that.

As usual, your side has to exaggerate (lie about) what we say and then you argue against that lie as if we really said it.

    2. How many times did you repeat the 90% statistic that you admit that you knew was ridiculous?

    3. It was a statistic reported by many reputable sources. Just one reason arguing this issue on statics is ridiculous. I don't need statistics to tell me children are dying unnecessarily from gun shot, or gun loons kill and injure innocent people everyday because of their negligence, or that gun safes can save lives, or that small capacity magazines can save lives, or that gun safety courses should be mandatory for anyone before using a gun. All that happens on this site is gun loons deny stats that don't confirm their point of view, then the idiotic word games are on. Stats won't help stop the problem of unnecessary gun shot deaths. That takes action, not numbers. It's a sick insult when SS uses his statics to show fewer people died than some other statistic said, therefore the problem is minimal, or doesn't exist; or only 3% of children are dead from gunshot instead of the 5% some other statistic said. Children are still unnecessarily dead from gun shot and it's morbid and sick to try and lessen that reality by arguing numbers. Of course worse is gun loons unwilling to go along with simple rules that could save lives and not infringe on your right to own, buy, and use a gun.

I think the last time you mentioned that you said I had insisted that it's true, or something like that. I asked for the links to show that. Of course you couldn't comply so now you tone it down a notch and say that I repeated it. You're bogus, man.

And besides, the comment from Orlin started a discussion about John Lott's lies. Are you trying to avoid that discussion by pointing the finger at me?

  2. You got upset at the idea of looking at outside the home spree shootings/active shooter scenarios as one issue and at mass shooting in the home as a domestic abuse issue before...until you came up with an idea of how to spin it for your side.
