Chuck Norris and David Carradine in Action

where they really go for the fantasy. Get a load of this remark, apparently inferring that Chcuk and David were exchanging real blows.

Both men refused to use stunt doubles in this fight, over the strenuous objections of the movie producers.

  1. OK, other than dropping their guns to fight it out manstyle...

    Let me critique this fight.

Naw, but it had me laughing.

  2. mike - the statement implies they performed their own stunts - not that they actually hit each other. Stuntment don't really hit each other in fight scenes.

  3. I know, but I still like the idea of Lagniappe watching this scene and believing in it the way professional wrestling fans do.

  4. Call me strange, but I couldn't resist googling, "David Carradine and the NRA".

    This:

was the top of the hit parade.

What I find most interesting is that Mr. Carradine was a minor luminary with some of the gunzloonz but when he died he was nothing more than a pervy meatbag*.

    * Full disclosure; I found him to be a pretty lousy actor most of the time, relying on facial shctick and his "Kung Fu" rep.
