What goes around, comes around. This story about how retired Justice Stevens changed his mind on capital punishment is a perfect example of what can happen on the gun control issue. But before that happens, some of the old boys will be replaced with more reasonable men (or women). That's my prediction.

John Paul Stevens was one of dissenters in Heller. If he changes his mind, that's a good thing.
ReplyDeleteIt is easier since we have the truth and the Constitution on our side. I guess there will always be activist liberal judges that oppose the true meaning of the Constitution but we'll continue to keep the faith and head your warning.
