  1. You see, the irony here is that if you bought that flag, we figure you have the right to do with it as you please.

  2. I treasure the early continental flags. It matters not that some dickhead, Palinista, tea baggers/partiers have co-opted this important icon of American history. They are clueless provocateurs. The symbol remains and persists as an important part of the American fabric.

    1. You mean Greg who uses it as his leader on his site.

    2. If you value those flags, why do you reject their ideals? Do you value them only as collector's items?

    3. The ideals of the people who use this flag (like Greg) don't follow, or value the ideals of those who created it. In fact I doubt they even know the ideals, or values of those who created it. As FJ correctly points out.

    4. Yeah, ideals like all laws are bad and violate people's freedom. Real sensible ideals like that.

    5. The ideals that government exists to be the people's servant, not their master, that there are basic rights that must be protected rather than violated, that we all must have a say in how our government works--that's what I'm talking about.

    6. That's not what the people who created the flag were talking about. No surprise you didn't know that.
