The Tennessee Veto

  1. Well, when you hate guns it seems ridiculous to have them anywhere.

  2. That guy is an idiot. If he would have made a dick joke, I would have thought he was Jade Gold.

  3. Can you imagine Linoge?

I can just about hear his high-ptched squeals of indignation and high dudgeon. Hopefully, his wife will calm him down, change him into his Dr. Denton's, and give him his blankee.

  4. > The measure was passed on a 66-31 vote in the House and a 23-9 vote in the Senate.

    > Sen. Doug Jackson, D-Dickson, and Rep. Curry Todd, R-Collierville, who pushed the bill, need only simple majorities in both chambers to override the veto.

In other words, the veto doesn't matter.

  5. "In other words, the veto doesn't matter."

You may be right about that, except that the governor has gone on record as one of the few sensible voices in TN.
