1st Degree Murder for Ersland

I saw this on my go-to place for late-breaking gun news, TTAG.



What's your opinion? The kind of action that took place during those few minutes could easily diminish one’s capacity to think clearly. 2nd degree murder would have worked for me and about a ten year sentence.
