Brave NRA Member Defends Academic Excellence

Just another NRA gunloon standing his ground against his 15 year-old daughter :
The complaint states that the girl and Bartashevitch were arguing at their residence on Jan. 13 about her grades in school. She was getting two Bs in school instead of two As. He swore at the girl, who then told him she hated him, and he grabbed a recently purchased AK-47 and pointed it at her.According to the complaint, he bought the rifle because he knew it would soon be banned. The girl’s mother jumped between them when he pointed the gun, and the girl was eventually ordered to go to her room by Bartashevitch. The girl’s mother told police that when she intervened, Bartasevitch threw her to the floor and that he pointed the gun at both of them, the complaint states.

  1. Still looking for any evidence that anyone you talk about in these articles is an NRA member. But as always, a nonsense title means Goldilocks is the author.

    1. Does it appear possible to you Greg, that such a deranged individual would not have been granted a firearms licence, had one been required?

    2. E.N., your question is poorly worded, but I'm so glad that you can identify deranged people on sight. You need to put that skill to better use. Hire yourself out to police departments. Why bother with investigations. E.N. can just look at someone and decide.

Of course, even when licenses to own are required, criminals get guns. See Illinois for an illustration.

  2. And you figure he is in the NRA how?

  3. Unless you can provide a link to this individual's profile on the NRA website, you have no business insinuating that he is a member of the NRA. Nowhere in the article did it say he was a member of that group.

You want to report stories in favor of gun control, that's fine. You have a right to do that...thanks to the Second Amendment, by the way, but you don't have the right to put innuendo and falsehoods into your reporting.

And no, I'm NOT a member of the NRA.

As Joe Friday used to say..."Just the facts ma'am."

  4. He seems like a typical NRA member to me.

    1. Typical means a definitive type. But don't you and the fellow from Oregon and Dog Gone keep telling us that a majority of NRA members support gun control?
