Wine enthusiasts can now indulge their passion and back the right to bear arms at the same time by joining the National Rifle Association of America's Wine Club.Just when you though the NRA couldn't get any crazier, they prove you wrong again.
‘Now you can support the 2nd Amendment with every wine you buy’ runs the strapline on the homepage of the club, nrawineclub.com, which also offers new members a ‘nine-piece custom NRA engraved wine box’ when they join.

ReplyDeleteYou think? My idea is that a truly responsible gun owner is abstemious. How else could he be sure to handle that long-awaited home invasion by masked gunmen? Therefore, even moderate drinking or recreational drug use is unacceptable.

Yeah, but you're just about the only person to take that position. That, at least, should cause you to reevaluate your position.
