  2. Stephen Colbert appearing before Congress reflects how the reality of how the politicans who watch and rely on infotainment media outlets like Fox News, CNN, ABC, NBC, etc.. to espouse their lies and agenda, invite and have entertainment figures lile Colbert appear before Congress. It is proof of how the media and polticians are in their own seperate relaity. Watching infotainment outlets like Fox News argue about the facts presented by entertainment figures like Colbert ,only reaffirms the low quality of of news reporting by infotainment outlets like Fox.......

  3. Colbert is funny though. Do you think that although he's an entertainer, and Napolitano's lying charge was completely "out to lunch," Colbert made some good points and his testimony in front of Congress was as valid as anyone else's?

I don't know if Colbert added much in the way of useful perspective to the debate--maybe he did. Really, though, if his testimony was a waste of Congress's time, I don't consider that a bad thing--far from it. The more time this Congress spends screwing around being entertained, the less time they have to spend on the infliction of more legislation upon society.
