Uh,Oh. Police Chief Mark Kessler, NRA, In More Trouble

NRA hero and all-around psychopath, Chief Mark Kessler of Gilberton, PA is starting to find out his
yapping ins getting him into more trouble.

Gilberton officials want an inventory of embattled police Chief Mark Kessler's firearms registered in the borough's name.
And they want Kessler, who was suspended last week over his profane, pro-gun YouTube videos, to scrub the Internet of any reference to his employment as Gilberton's police chief.

I'm betting NRA Hero Mark Kessler is going to come up short on that inventory.

  1. This guy is dangerous. Big ego, little penis (probably), and like minded individuals = recipe for disaster.

  2. I'm guessing the council will be shocked at exactly how many guns and ammo were purchased. And how many, I wonder, are fully-automatic assault rifles like the ones in his video (because, as we surely know, every one-man police force for tiny 800-person towns needs to be armed to the gills with multiple machine guns). And it wouldn't surprise me at all that, despite the number, some will be missing, or the books will be doctored. Remember, this guy thought he could get away with making threatening and insurrectionist comments against our leaders; it's just a tiny step more to abuse his power in other ways.

    1. What machine guns? You're getting your terms mixed up. What he showed in the videos are genuine assault rifles.

    2. Fully automatic assault rifles are not machine guns? Is that you newest nit pick, professor?

    3. Language matters, regardless of how sloppy you want to be. A machine gun fires a full-power rifle caliber round. Your side loves to whine about assault rifles. I'm showing Oregonian that he missed the chance to talk about a gen-u-ine assault rifle. That, for the illiterati, means a intermediate power gun with select fire capability.

    4. The difference as I understand it (and I maybe wrong, I'm not super knowledgable on military terms), is in its core function. An M4 is an assault rifle- it is capable of full automatic fire (or burst only variants), but it's core purpose is as a rifle. The M249 (SAW) is a machine gun. It is chambered in the same 5.56 NATO round, but is designed to lay down fire. It is bulkier, heavier, and has a faster cycle rate than an M4. If you tried to use an M4 in machine gun duty it would overheat way too often. To what Greg said, the M249 is called a "light machine gun" because it uses the same intermediate cartridge that the M4/M16 assault rifles use (hence the "light"). I don't think a SAW even has a semi-auto mode. (?)

    5. Like I said, nit picking. This is what Greg is best at.

    6. I haven't seen him with a SAW. The videos I've seen showed an AK-47 variant. The SAW is something of a hybrid.

  3. Criminal psychopath or law-abiding police chief? He more than blurred the line. He obliterated it. How could he be so fucking stupid? It's nice to see a true cocksucker like that idiot get his come-uppance. At the very least he should be forced to surrender the automatic weapons he bought under false pretenses. Maybe reimburse his county for the squandered funds. Hopefully the guy will see some time in the big house with no sunshine. A fucking pussy like that is going to be a nice little girlfriend to a lot of hard-core dewds unless one guy forces him to be his wife.

    1. That's not proper behavior for a police chief. A suspension seems warranted, possibly even a demotion or losing his job altogether, but what on earth do you think he should be incarcerated for? Swearing?

    1. We'll see if they're illegal, or if there are any paperwork mistakes that land him in jail. However, from the descriptions so far, he was merely taking advantage of the big exceptions built in for law enforcement officers--something that officers all over the country take advantage of so that they and their men can play with the NFA items that nobody else gets to touch.

Is the law badly written in allowing this type of thing? Sure. But what's new and different about the NFA (or gun control laws in general) being badly written.

    2. T., anything short of a total and unequiocal denouncing of this idiot on your part is disgraceful.
