The Man Who Would Be King

From an Anonymous fan, responding to this part of my post.

"So, applying the one-strike-you're-out rule, we've got to include the seller of that gun, the one who handled it when in "accidentally" went off all by itself, and of course, the organizers of the show."
Let's call that rule by what it is - it's the "MikeB is King rule". You just want to be able to rule over other people...too bad you aren't king and you aren't going to be king - EVER!!!
I may never be king, but I can sure rename my one-strike-you're-out rule. The MikeB is King rule. It has a nice ring to it.

What do you think? Please leave a comment.

  2. I like the idea of calling it the MikeB rule.

  3. I like the idea that MikeB30200 can get people to make idiotic statements like the one TS just made upthread. 'Cuz everybody knows that non-Type 2A's are NOT patriotiKKK and are prolly treasonous. Thanks for clarifying that for us.

  4. Give it a rest, Democommie. It was a lighthearted post by Mike, and I responded with a joke relevant to current events. Nothing more.

Good Lord, you're a complainer. The picture is tiny--if you accidentally actually ate a real piece of bacon that size, there would probably not be enough for you to realize it wasn't a piece of hickory-smoked tofu, or whatever it is that Europussy herbivores eat for breakfast.

  8. The "Sixpointfive" comment was mine, by the way. I hadn't noticed that blogger was behaving oddly, and logged me in under that name.

  9. "blogger was behaving oddly, and logged me in under that name."

Isn't that like "I don't know what happened, the gun just went off?"

Actually I'm glad to know this is you, for a moment there I thought we had another live one. But I'm a little concerned about your sharing the responsibility for that oversight with Blogger. I hope I haven't been a bad influence on you.

No, No- under “shared responsibility”, Zorro would blame YOU for the misstep- the careful blogger who is always diligent about double checking which account they logged in as before putting their trigger finger on the send key.
