More Like Somalia Every Day

  1. Since you posted it, I'll repeat my observations:

    1. The Somalis are masked. The Americans show their faces.

    2. The Somalis live in a society without a functioning government. The Americans walk with our flag, the symbol of our good government.

    3. Somalia is in a state of civil war, a war that has gone on for decades. America is at peace.

What this demonstrates is that you and the Creature from Oregon are afraid of good citizens with guns.

  2. What an absolutely ridiculous comparison. Since the guy from Oregon doesn't allow comments on his site I'll ask my question here..What's the deal with the all white getup? Isn't that bad luck after Labor Day?

  3. I thought the comparison was pretty cool. I'm not surprised that gun folks don't like it.

    1. Exactly so. We find bad reasoning and stupidity to be distasteful, which is why I despise so much that comes from that fellow from Oregon.

    2. Greg, why would you be so strongly opposed to this video but have no problem with the little baby with a gun video?

I think your bias is showing.

  4. @ Greg:

    1) At least these Somalis know to be ashamed of their behavior and hide their faces for it. Here the extremists expose themselves for their idiocy.

    2) Most of these American gun loons actively oppose our functioning government, and openly support and prepare for insurrection.

    3) America is at "peace," and yet we lead the world in gun-related deaths of any industrialized nation. We are number 1. Somalia is 66th. I investigated some statistics. In war-torn Somalia, the rate of civilian death for *all methods* in 2004 was 3.30 / 100K people. The rate of civilian deaths by firearms alone, in the U.S., for the same year, was 3.97. That means that you are more likely to be killed by gunfire in "peaceful" America than by any method in Somalia.

I think I'll blog on this soon... Thanks for inspiring me, Greg.

    1. Looking forward to it, Baldr.

    2. Your opinion, Oregonian, and you're welcome to it. I haven't met any insurrectionists, and I'm not one myself, so this "most" line of yours makes no sense. Of course, I can't get your side to give me a definition of "gun loon," so I suppose the goal posts are easy to move.

With regard to inspiration, though, you don't need me. You're enough of an idiot on your own.

    3. Ah, now, Greg, don't be so humble. You've got more idiocy than you give yourself credit for.

    4. If you would study the culture that you appropriate, you'd know that humility is not a virtue among the old Norse people. Nor did the Greeks regard it as one. Humility is a Christian virtue.

But I am curious, why do you use the names of Norse gods for your gun control activities? As I've pointed out to you before, government control of weapons is contrary to the spirit and the writings of that culture. Why couldn't you steal the names of pacifists or dictators?

    5. "But I am curious, why do you use the names of Norse gods for your gun control activities?"

Because even Baldr has the good sense to distance his real name from his embarrassing positions on gun control.

    6. Except that we already know his real name.

  5. I finally wrote a post on this: http://newtrajectory.blogspot.com/2012/06/you-are-more-likely-to-be-shot-to-death.html

  6. What retard commie made this meme? Good thing you had the shame to keep it micro-small. America is looking more and more like Switzerland every day. Every man is issued a machine-gun by his government, and the safest country in the world. What a coincidence?
