Mikeb, there's no right to commit murder. Murder is a crime fundamentally. Owning and carrying guns aren't wrong acts by themselves. Until you can sort out the difference, you will continue to lose.
Phhhfffttt. The person in the cartoon (I refuse to state his name) was a criminal.
Stating that citizens have no right to bear arms outside of militia service is like saying that citizens have no right to free speech unless a journalist.
The Bill of Rights states rights for all U.S. citizens, not certain rights for certain subsets of citizens.

It may be argued that the expressive rights established by the First Amendment are bestowed exclusively to State-sponsored Journalists and News Agencies, as well as public officials.
Such force is relative to the mass and proximity of the object which distorts space though a force which the English language refers to as "gravity". The concept of gravity is not absolute (unless one is observing the forces which lay beyond the event horizon of a "Black Hole). As such concept of gravity is (under most circumstances that you will find yourself in) not absolute, other forces may escape and defy it.
However mere individuals are not capable of resisting the gravitational fields (for any substantial amount of time) on their own autonomous efforts. While an individual may plummet to one's death, a collective organisation may build a device which may best the strongest of natures forces. Thus an extraterrestrial flag marking the progress of our species.
E.N. Proving that gravity is a relative force based on mass and distance does not prove that gravity does not exist. Similarly, the ability to overcome the force of gravity does not prove that gravity does not exist. In fact, simply having to overcome the force of gravity is proof of its existence.

That's the worst comparison yet, and we've had some bad ones.
Journalism is not mentioned in the 1A, militia is in the 2nd.

And someone could "argue" that gravity doesn't exist. Said fool could then throw himself off a bridge with no loss to humanity.
