"One-strike and you're out" should be the rule. But she'll probably not even get a slap on the wrist for allowing her gun to get into the child's hands.

Mike I have come to believe that every time you say "no charges" you simply do not give police enough time to investigate and determine if charges are necessary. This is at least the 2nd report where you have done this. You also refuse to go back and amend these posts or update when charges are brought. Why the deceit in your blogging?
