Accidental Fatal Shooting of 12-Year-old by 13-Year-old - No Charges

 The Post Star reports

A 12-year-old boy was accidentally shot and killed in a Keating Street home late Tuesday, police said.

Police were questioning the boy who was accused of firing the rifle shot, a 13-year-old, later Tuesday. It was unclear if any charges were planned.
In cases like these, the only question is often whether the kid should be charged as an adult or not, and that's when they do talk about charges.

I'd like to know why the parents of guardians are not involved. They should be held responsible, along with the gun owner if that is a different person.

  1. You're always in a big hurry. You say no charges, even when you acknowledge that an investigation is in progress. Are you so angry and vindictive that you must have an answer right now?

  2. I just don’t get that mentality. We saw it so much in the Zimmerman case. Don’t they understand that hasty charges decrease the chance of a conviction?
