Australian Swimmer Apologizes for Gun Photos

When visiting the US, there are many things to see. You've got sights like the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone national park. You've got the Statue of Liberty, but what these clowns wanted to do was yuck-it-up in a gun store.

It's sad that the United States is now so associated with guns and violence that visitors go to gun shops.

What's your opinion?  Please leave a comment.

  1. Uh, they posed with some guns in a gun shop. What the hell is wrong with Australians that these two need to apologize for that?

This is an illustration of what's wrong with gun control thinking. Even being seen in a photograph with a gun is abhorrent to you people. What a wimpy age we live in.

  2. I can’t believe this guy is apologizing. What exactly did he do wrong? He wasn’t acting unsafe, he didn’t conduct a straw purchase, he didn’t shoot anyone. What does this have to do with “gun flow” and “misuses of guns”, all that criminal stuff that you rail about? This is about destroying the gun culture- where it is seen as offensive to fire a gun and get your picture taken with it. Did you catch what he said about not having that opportunity in Australia? I thought gun control is only about criminal access- we won’t be affected?

    1. Well for one thing, they had fingers on the triggers. And for another, they were glamorizing the macho, Rambo-bullshit that the United States has exported to the world. We should be ashamed.

  3. The government has a "social media policy" and some are surprised that their slaves are not allowed to be seen with guns.

  4. I'm offended that anyone would be offended by this. Who's going to apologize to me?

This brings up a basic rule: You do not have the right to go through life without being offended.

    1. You're the wimp who is afraid to leave the house without a gun. We object to glamorizing tools of death for fun.
