Police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with the fatal
shooting of his 15-year-old sister Saturday on the city's east side.
Police arrived to find a victim had been struck and killed.
The brother was being questioned by Detroit police homicide investigators. The weapon has been recovered.
Police
have sent the case to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office for review
and determination of charges, Stephens said Sunday. She declined to
discuss whether the shooting was deliberate or accidental.
Maybe these cops are turning accidents into murders like McNulty did to get better funding from the bosses. What do you think? Everybody else seems to think it was an "accident."
