NRA Hero, George Zimmerman In the News--or, Have Gun Will Threaten Wife

Umm Hmm

Does this douche have a job"

I mean, beyond killing kids and threatening women?

Upon further thought, the NRA Board of Directors beckons.

  1. Part of the conversation on curbing gun violence is being able to spot those who might be a danger. Do that community a favor, press charges and take away his guns.
He had a fight with his wife the same night he shot Martin. Now he attacks her father. He has had trouble with the law before. He has killed once. Do we wait until he kills again? This guy obviously has problems temper, mental problems.

    1. You should have a look at the news reports, instead of believing Jade.

    2. I did see all the news reports, but thanks for lying about me again, NRA dupe.

    3. Prove that I lied. I said that you should read the news article before believing Jade. Your comment here made it appear that you did the opposite.

    4. You would have no way of knowing what reports I saw. That itself proves you lied.
If two people hold the same idea after reading news reports, you claim that means one read no reports and only puppets what the other said.
Thanks for proving again that you lied and are nuts.

    5. Gun control Jim, are you aware of the difference between a statement of fact and an interpretation? The former can be knowingly false and therefore a lie, but the latter is a judgement made on the basis of the situation at hand.

    6. I am aware (you prove it everyday) that you are a congenital liar.

  2. "Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell later said Shellie and her father did not to plan to press charges.
Zimmerman was briefly put in a patrol car and later the former neighbor watchman accused his wife of being the aggressor in the incident, he said.
"There was an altercation and one party put their hands on another party," Hudson added. "We're still trying to figure out who touched whom."

So we really don't know what happened here and police department is being quite fair. Both sides are accusing each other and there don't seem to be any impartial witnesses.
My guess is that both sides will file protection orders against each other. But no one seems to want to file charges. Thank god no kids are involved.

    1. According to you guys, concealed carry permit holders are a superior group. They avoid trouble and almost never get in shoving contests and shit like this. Is GZ an exception to that rule?

    2. Whether or not GZ is an exception (indications are that he may have been set up by his wife on this one--let's see if they can get the video to prove one way or the other), the point we've made is that carriers are, statistically less likely to commit disqualifying crimes than the rest of society. Such a statement implies that there are exceptions, just fewer than would be in a typical, randomly selected group from the general population. In other words, even if GZ is guilty here, that doesn't disprove what we say--it just puts him in the offending column for future tabulations.

    3. Keep telling yourself that convenient nonsense.

    4. Convenient nonsense? It's nonsense to say that a group with a lower percentage of criminals will still have some criminals?

Mike, one of these days, you're going to have to take off whatever virtual reality goggles you're using and join the real world.

  3. "Shellie Zimmerman, who has filed for divorce, initially told a 911 dispatcher that her husband had his hand on his gun as he sat in his car outside the home she was at with her father. She said she was scared because she wasn't sure what Zimmerman was capable of doing. But hours later she changed her story and said she never saw a firearm, said Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell.
For the time being, "domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said."

"Her father also declined to press charges, the police chief said."

Starting to sound like neither party is without fault in this mess, or possibly someone calling 911 to get a taped story recorded for a set-up. If what Shelly Zimmerman said to 911 actually occurred, then why would both her and her father decline to press charges and change their respective stories?

    1. Is that so hard to figure? In the heat of the moment she may have described what happened to the 911 operator and a few minutes later cooled down and thought better of it. That probably happens a lot in domestic disputes, don't you think?

    2. Or she might be lying to get him in more trouble. That probably happens a lot in domestic disputes also, don't you think?

  4. Maybe it's time to go to the hospital.

Sorry all of you DGU wannabes that your hero of the day wasn't exactly a hero in the heterosexual sense.
