Sounds like fun for the whole family, huh?In the poker shootout, each player gets seven shots from seven yards away. The paper target contains a full deck of cards. The five best cards pierced by bullets make up a five-card poker hand, and the best hand wins the small pot.

Something like this is done on the History Channel show, "Top Shot." It sounds like a good way to demonstrate one particular skill--so long as the backstop is solid.
ReplyDeleteYeah, actually, it does sound like fun. I think I'll throw a deck of cards into the target box for the next range trip.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip.
Sounds like a nice target shooting practice game. I didn't think you had any issues with people target shooting unless they were shooting at pictures of real people.
ReplyDeleteDon't shoot the king, queen, or jack, and you're o.k.
DeleteOh, but I do Jim. It's all about killing.
DeleteLike Don Corleone said to Salozzo, I don't care what a person does for fun, you understand, as long as his fun doesn't interfere with my fun.
