Mayor Bloomberg Makes a Mockery of the Law - Or Not

James King wrote a scathing attack of Mayor Bloomberg for The Village Voice.  He accused the mayor of making a mockery of the law for sending Plaxico to jail but not the Marine from Indiana.

To me it sounds like a thinly veiled Bloomberg-hate piece. The two cases demonstrate a fair application of the law.  The author himself pointed out the major reason why.

  1. The law in this case is a mockery of our rights. Throw out the bad law, and the Marine would have no problem. Burress, on the other hand, is a fool.

Spoken by a true hypocrite (and, apparently, unconcious racist). Mikeb302000 has had at least a half dozen posts, this week, on "accidental shootings". Would you be interested in all of those folks going to jail? Or, do you just reserve your self-righteous nonsense for notwhite guyz wit teh gunz?

    1. No, I wouldn't send anyone to jail for a self-inflicted wound. In an incident like that, the bad act and the punishment are one in the same.

    2. Except that he's proven to be unfit to manage guns safely. Don't forget that.
