U. of Maine:
Ryan Ouimet is charged with manslaughter in the death of Andrew Holland in a friend's apartment in Farmington May 31st.
According to court papers Ouimet, Holland and their friend Caroline Halloran smoked marijuana and then Ouimet took out a hand gun. He was dancing to music on the radio while tossing the gun between his hands when it went off.
The shot hit and killed Andrew Holland.
